Hi, I'm Chris. The 5 Rhythms Breath Journey is a transformative practice that dives into the power of your breath. My goal is to help you towards a stronger and more balanced version of yourself. The most valuable tool for this is also the simplest: your breath. It forms a bridge between the physical and metaphysical world, between your body and your mind, between consciousness and subconsciousness. It's quite magical how quickly your state can change with certain breathing exercises.

I will guide you through my self-assembled breath journey, that I'm practising on a daily basis myself. The journey follows a wave pattern consisting of five rhythms, starting from low energy to high and back, exactly like the 5 rhythms concept, used in Ecstatic Dance. Engaging in this practice can set a positive tone for your day. Additionally, you have the flexibility to incorporate any of the basic five rhythms into your daily routine to achieve the desired effect whenever you wish.

About me

My name is Chris.

2020: my nomadic existence brings me into contact with the metaphysical world for the first time during a stay in India. Many life lessons later, through many different wise people, in many different places, I have gathered enough knowledge to help you help yourself.

At some point in time, with my team, I was in the process of organizing an ecstatic dance gathering in Saudi Arabia. When I was working on the introductory practices to flow into the actual dance, I wanted to integrate breathwork and suddenly got the idea to connect different breath practices to each of the five rhythms that are used in an ecstatic dance: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. That's how my 5 rhythms breath journey came into existence. By now, I've succesfully guided several groups and individuals into the journey, improving their inner balance.
