Stress, anxiety and emotional turbulence are common obstructions to inner peace. I offer certain emotional regulation practices and techniques that I learned throughout the years, to help you recover inner peace and balance in your life. My intention is to assist you in your journey of self-discovery, transformation and healing, helping you navigate the ups and downs of life with grace and mindfulness. For this purpose, I offer two main services: Breathwork and Body Communection.
Besides these two main services, I also offer a general session with a bunch of different techniques that can help to release stress, anxiety and anger.
