Co-living: Payment & cancellation policy

Payment

• Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive an invoice with the payment details.
• The full payment is due within 1 week after receiving the invoice, unless agreed differently.
• If the full payment is not received by the due date, the invoice will be forfeited, and your spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellation within 24 hours after making the payment: 100% refund.
• Cancellations after the 24-hour grace period and up to a month before the start date of the experiment: 50% refund.
• Cancellations after the 24-hour grace period and less than a month before the start date of the experiment: no refund.
